The coffee itself is grown in the Andean region of Peru at a minimum of 1200 metres above sea level. Although it’s more expensive to grow coffee at these altitudes it ensures a denser, higher-quality bean. The beans are then gently decaffeinated to ensure all the flavour is retained.

Wheatleys coffee is Fairtrade certified, which means small growers are fairly paid. The sachets are not only convenient, they’re recyclable too, and the coffee and bag are compostable.
